Stainless Steel Spade Flanges Spades and Spacers are implemented in systems where maintenance is frequently not needed or in programs with large pipe dimensions. Based upon the flange dimensions and the pressure class, Spades can be of huge weight. To stop unnecessary weight into flange relations typically will be selected to not a spectacle blind, however for two Individual Pieces.
Spade flanges, also known as paddle blanks or spacers, are specialized types of flanges used in piping systems for isolation or diversion purposes. They are generally used in pairs, consisting of a spade and a spacer. The spade is a solid plate while the spacer is a hollow plate with the same dimensions as the spade.
